About Paul Esch - Singer, Songwriter, Acoustic Guitarist

Paul Esch performs live acoustic music including a variety of classic acoustic light rock music, blues, guitar instrumentals, favorite cover tunes, contemporary pop songs and original music featuring great vocals and harmonica solos. His live acoustic music has been featured on KCFE-FM radio, AM 1500 KSTP radio, KARE-11 TV and for 20+ years has performed live acoustic music for corporate parties, weddings, ski resorts, bars, local restaurants, on restaurant patios, river boat cruises, house parties and music concerts at Nicollet Island Amphitheatre, University of MN, University of St. Thomas, Lake Harriet Band Shell and Como Park Lakeside Pavilion.

Paul Esch studied guitar with grammy winning national finger picking acoustic guitar champion Pat Donohue of Prairie Home Companion fame.  His experience includes leading acoustic music duos, trios and five piece classic rock bands. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas, member of American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, his debut music CD "Go Ask the Sky Why" and "Light the Night" concerts for crime prevention were profiled on Dennis Stauffer's KARE-11 TV segment "Finding What Works." He resides with wife and son in Woodbury.

Tim Sunde on Bass Guitar

Tim Sunde's playing experience includes performing live music and playing bass guitar in 300 USA cities and 28 countries. He is endorsed by CapitolGuitars.com and has one of the largest known Peavey USA bass collections.

Playing time is divided between a 60s Rock-n-Roll act (www.WaxTones.com), Rock the Valley Music Academy (faculty) and St. Croix Valley Church.

John Hiiva on Drums & Percussion

John Hiiva has been drumming professionally since 1980, playing drums and percussion in variety, wedding and Gospel bands such as Mike Bruno-Sunde Band, Ken Wanovich & Twilight Band, the Waxtones 60's band, Uncle Funky, Starlight, Freehand, Joe Jackson & Refuge Band and Damascus and various CD release projects. He has also been a paid Church & Worship leader for North Heights Lutheran, in New Hope & Cambridge, Eaglebrook in White Bear Lake, Grace Church in Roseville and 1st Lutheran in White Bear Lake.
